So, what is our product customization process?
After inquiring customized product services from us, the following steps will begin:
▶ Step 1: Provide Design Files or Samples
We will need the 3D design files from you, primarily in .stp and .igs 3D file formats. Based on these drawings, we will evaluate the product price according to the complexity of the product, materials, colors, weight, and quantity requirements.
If you don’t have design drawings to provide, you can provide us with samples, and we can evaluate the cost based on the actual product.
In consideration of customer costs, we primarily use P5 mold steel, which has a high surface hardness and a long service life, with approximately 200,000 shots.
Once the order is confirmed and the mold payment is received, we will begin the mold manufacturing process, which usually takes about 30 working days to complete.
▶ Step 2: Trial Molding
After the mold is completed, we will start making samples according to the materials and colors required. When the production of dying material is completed, we are ready to start trial molding and making samples.

▶ Step 3: Quality Inspection
When the Trial Molding is completed, we will hand it over to the quality inspection team for inspection.
-When there are samples in hand:
The quality inspection team will make detailed comparisons based on the color, appearance, etc. of the customer's samples to ensure that the product and the sample are consistent.
-When there are no samples:
We will check whether the color and appearance of the product meet the customer's requirements according to the professional SOP process.
▶ Step 4: Send Samples
After confirmation by our quality inspection team, we will send the sample to the customer and take photos for record keeping.
▶ Step 5: Waiting Confirmation
After the customer receives the sample, they will check if there are any adjustments needed or if there are any questions, such as regarding color or appearance. If everything seems in order, we will ask a 50% advance payment for the product to confirm the order. Once we receive the payment, we will begin mass production.
▶ Last Step: Start Manufacturing
We will carry out the mass production using the same methods and parameters that were set during the sample production, and we will complete the order before the delivery date. Upon completion of production and before shipment, we will require the customer to pay the remaining 50% of the payment.
Once the payment arrived, we will arrange the shipment, thereby completing the customized product service.
