Thank you very much for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are offered conditionally, or if items are defective or damaged.

Shipping

You are required to pay for the shipping when returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location.

We would like to suggest you to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
